Sales Professionals at Greve Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Van Wert must have great listening skills, communicating skills and work efficiently. We are always looking for our next manager and we strive to promote from within.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•Greet, Interview and qualify a customer’s needs and wants.
•Select and demonstrate the proper vehicle that matches the customers needs.
•Build value in the product that you are selling.
•Overcome Objections and Negotiate a deal.
•Prepare the necessary sales documents associated with the sale.
•Present a thorough and detailed delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
•Follow up with the customer in a predetermined interval by both phone and mail.
•Prospect for new customers with past sales customers and with new outside prospects.
•Present yourself in a professional manor in both appearance and action.
•Assist with promotions and marketing of the merchandise with the sales manager.
•Perform required daily training.
•Perform required daily tracking of your activities.
•Set short and long range goals and communicate those with your sales manager.
